Customer Support Representative (Portuguese/English/Spanish)
Are you an eager-to-grow multilingual Customer Support Representative?
Our client has a platform that helps businesses all over the world to interact with their users. They're creating the tool that enables a company to bypass slow and ineffective communication channels and interact with millions of clients in real-time.
Until now our product was focused on Facebook Messenger, SMS, and Email marketing, and currently, they're entering new communication channels — for now, it's Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram.
What are we going to do?

Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way (we use Freshdesk);

Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features;

Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers;

Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved;

Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams;

Later you could assist in training junior Customer Support Representatives.
What do we expect from you?

Ideally 2+ years of experience in a Customer Service role

Working hours covering Brasilia time (8:00-17:00) and alternatively Mexico City time (8:00-17:00);

Outstanding written and spoken English, Portuguese and Spanish (Advanced level and above)

High level of self-management and responsibility;

Confident knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, etc.);

The ability and willingness to work in a team;

Understanding the foundations of how software is developed;

Familiarity with our industry is a plus;

Experience using help desk software and remote support tools.

5/2 working schedule with one day off on a weekday and one working day on the weekend.
