Creative Project Manager

We are looking for a Project Manager with proven experience managing the entire project life cycle of multi-channel advertising creative production.

Can you own the timelines, scopes, scheduling, resourcing, and documentation of digital campaigns on a global scale? Can you work independently to help our Creative Studio turn their creative strategies into fully developed digital ad campaigns?


We are looking for an experienced Creative Project Manager who can handle the everyday tasks involved in creating content for digital channels. Aside from project management, you’ll cooperate with clients and team members to align with goals, resolve scope and budget issues, and ensure we deliver great work to our clients. You’ll also work closely with cross-functional team members to propose solutions for clients’ anticipated needs and maintain transparency across internal communication channels to guarantee the success of all creative projects.


As a Creative Production Manager at, you will

  • Join’s Creative Studio global team that creates and runs digital advertising on behalf of top global advertisers.

  • Work with brands to project manage the creative content for their performance advertising campaigns.

  • Manage the complete project timeline: brief intake, pricing / scoping, establishing timelines and expectations, routing, and digesting feedback. 

  • Improve workflows to help the team work more efficiently.

  • Keep constant communication with the customer about deadlines, deliverables, and feedback rounds.

  • Be accountable for the financial health of the projects.

  • Source and manage freelancers and other partners to scale our production capabilities.

  • Develop our creative offering together with the rest of our Global Creative Studio team.

  • Provide product feedback on the usability of the creative functionalities in the platform.

  • Collaborate with regional customer teams on new business pitches, scoping client needs, and determining pricing.


We're definitely looking for you if you have 

  • 3+ years of experience as a Producer or Project Manager within a studio team at an ad agency, digital agency, in-house team of an online advertiser, or an AdTech company

  • Experience in aiding the development and execution of multiple complex projects and meeting tight deadlines

  • Knowledge of digital media advertising, particularly social media, including all ad formats and placements

  • Experience in communicating with customers about the status of the projects, sending reports, and handling the feedback loop

  • Cross-functional mindset and experience in working with multidisciplinary teams

  • Have experience working with a pool of freelancers and reputable contacts



  • Guatemala City as a base and ability to work in a hybrid model (office/home)
